Ashton Bears has been successfully running its own 'lottery' for the last 12 months now, and without it, we would not have been able to fund the fantastic developments that we have, such as the new shower facilities, the club house flooring and most impressively, the development of our two pitches (see blog below). The lottery is open to all and is simple to join. All you need to do is pick 6 numbers for a line, and each week, as the numbers are drawn from the main lottery, we will check off numbers that are matched that week. A winner is declared once a line of 6 numbers has been called (similar to bingo). Funds are split 50/50 with the club, and recent prizes have been in excess of £1,000. Lines are £2 each, payable in advance by standing order.
